Garlic Bread Hot Dogs

  • 1 baguette
  • 3-4 hot dogs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan, grated
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 teaspoons parsley, finely chopped
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Slice ends off of baguette and cut remaining bread into 4 equal pieces. Hollow out baguette pieces by poking the end of a wooden spoon through the middle. Slide hot dogs through bread pieces and place on baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, garlic, and parsley, then season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Brush baguettes generously with butter mixture, sprinkle with parmesan, then bake until hot dogs are cooked and baguettes are golden brown, 18-20 minutes. Enjoy!
