Best Ever Pumpkin Pie

  • 1 9-inch pie crust
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar, packed
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons real maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves
  • 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a 9-inch pie dish with the pie crust. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Add in the brown and white sugar, maple syrup, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and nutmeg, and beat until well combined.
  3. Stir in the pumpkin puree, followed by the cream. Beat until everything is well incorporated.
  4. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°F and bake until a knife inserted into the center comes out wet but fairly clean, about 35-40 minutes. Cool to room temperature, and enjoy!
