2 cups flour
1 cup Amish Friendship Bread starter
1 cup oil
1 cup peaches, chopped
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 box (3.4 oz) cream cheese instant pudding
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 325°F and lightly grease a 9×5” loaf pan before dusting it with the 1/2 granulated sugar. (Reserve some for dusting the top of the bread, if desired.)
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except peaches, and mix until thoroughly combined. Add peaches and stir gently until well incorporated.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle some sugar over the top, if desired.
Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 1 hour.
Let cool for 5 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
